An established law firm is seeking a mid-level mergers and acquisitions attorney to join its corporate practice in Los Angeles. The role offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated M&A transactions for a demanding client base, taking on significant responsibility across the full deal lifecycle.

The successful candidate will draft and negotiate definitive and ancillary transaction documents, manage deal processes and client relationships, and supervise junior associates. Day-to-day workflow management across a variety of M&A matters is central to the position, making strong organizational and leadership skills essential.

3–7 years of mergers and acquisitions experience
Strong skills in drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents
