An established corporate practice is seeking an experienced Mergers & Acquisitions attorney to join its team in Washington, DC. The role involves sophisticated deal work for clients with complex needs, offering significant responsibility and direct client contact.

The successful candidate will draft and negotiate definitive and ancillary transaction documents, manage the deal process end to end, and supervise junior associates. Day-to-day workflow management and relationship-building with clients are central to the position.

3–7 years of mergers and acquisitions experience
