We are seeking an experienced mergers & acquisitions attorney to join our Corporate practice group. The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of M&A experience, with a strong record of drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary transaction documents, managing deal processes and client relationships, supervising junior associates, and handling the day-to-day demands of sophisticated transactional matters.

Candidates should demonstrate a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
