A leading international law firm is seeking highly motivated mid-level associates to join its nationally recognized M&A and Corporate Finance practice in Atlanta. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated, complex transactions with a collaborative and relationship-driven team.

The successful candidate will manage complex M&A projects and timelines, interact with subject matter experts and junior resources, prepare equity and asset purchase agreements and ancillary documentation, and conduct and summarize legal due diligence. The role places particular emphasis on private equity transactions and private target M&A.

Four to six years of experience on complex corporate and M&A matters
Sophisticated law firm experience in private equity transactions and private target M&A
Significant attention to detail and ability to interact successfully with clients, investment bankers, and other advisors
Excellent written and oral communication, analytical skills, and the ability to distill complex information into actionable advice
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ownership mentality and the ability to assume a high degree of responsibility
