Mid-level associate opportunity to join a nationally recognized corporate and M&A practice in Atlanta. The role focuses on complex buy- and sell-side transactions with significant private equity and private-target M&A work.

You'll manage deal timelines, coordinate with subject-matter specialists and junior staff, draft equity and asset purchase agreements and ancillary documents, and lead legal due diligence and diligence summaries. The team serves sophisticated corporate and financial-services clients on cross-border and domestic matters.

4-6 years of corporate/M&A experience at a national or international law firm
Demonstrated experience on complex M&A and private equity transactions; strong drafting skills for purchase agreements and ancillary documents
Experience conducting and summarizing legal due diligence
Excellent written and oral communication, analytical skills, and client-facing ability
Strong project management, attention to detail, and ability to supervise junior attorneys
