Mid-Level Associate, Capital Markets — New York

Top-tier New York law office seeks a mid-level associate to join a busy Capital Markets practice. The role involves transactional capital markets work across public and private offerings and related finance matters.

Ideal candidates will have substantive capital markets experience, strong academic and professional credentials, and the ability to manage deal teams and client deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

• 4-5 years' post-qualification experience in capital markets or securities transactions
• Admission to the New York Bar
• Proven experience on public and/or private offerings; experience running deals is a plus
