Mid-level Associate — Fund Regulatory, Luxembourg

Join a well-regarded international law practice in Luxembourg as a mid-level associate focused on fund regulatory work. The team advises Luxembourg-authorised fund managers (AIFMs and management companies) on authorisations, ongoing compliance and operational implementation of regulatory requirements.

The role is integrated with fund formation and wider pan‑European regulatory capabilities, offering exposure to client work across the lifecycle of collective investment vehicles and opportunities to take responsibility on regulatory projects from an early stage.

• Law or business administration degree.
• 3–5 years' experience in regulatory consulting for investment fund managers in Luxembourg (law firm, Big Four regulatory practice or similar).
• Solid knowledge of Luxembourg IFM regulatory framework and hands‑on experience implementing requirements.
• Experience drafting/reviewing policies, procedures and authorisation documentation.
• Fluent English and French; additional languages (e.g. German, Luxembourgish) advantageous.
• Strong client focus, project management skills, good IT literacy (PowerPoint and familiarity with modern IT/AI tools).
