Mid-Level Complex Commercial Litigation Associate

A mid-level commercial litigation associate role open to candidates with trial and complex commercial litigation experience. The position will sit in one of the firm's West Coast offices (Seattle or Bay Area offices including San Francisco or Menlo Park) and involves substantive litigation work across commercial disputes.

Successful candidates will join a team handling high-stakes civil litigation matters, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, and participating in depositions and hearings. The group values strong research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills and offers exposure to sophisticated litigation practice.

• Minimum 4 years' commercial litigation experience and/or judicial clerkship experience
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent academic credentials; law review preferred
• Excellent oral communication, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills
