Growing life sciences corporate team seeks a mid-level associate to support a broad corporate and transactional docket for high-growth and public companies. Work will include equity financings, registered offerings and IPOs, M&A, SEC reporting and corporate governance matters across domestic and international transactions.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable both collaborating on deal teams and managing substantial components of matters independently. The group values practical public company experience and a demonstrated interest in life sciences clients and technologies.

2–4 years' transactional corporate experience (PQE)
Experience with public company work: registered equity offerings, IPOs, SEC reporting, and M&A transactions
Strong academic record, excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly; life sciences experience preferred but interest will be considered
