Top-tier national law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Corporate & Private Equity practice. The role is open to candidates in either the Dallas or Pittsburgh office and will support a broad range of private equity work, including buyouts, sponsor-led transactions, minority investments, distressed acquisitions, and fund-related matters.

The position offers active deal exposure within a large, cross-office corporate team and opportunities to work on fund formation and emerging-manager matters. Juris Doctor and admission (or eligibility) to practice in the relevant state
Several years of corporate transactional experience with demonstrable private equity or M&A work
Experience on LBOs, sponsor transactions, fund work, or related deal structures preferred
Strong drafting, deal-execution and client-service skills; ability to work collaboratively across offices
