Mid-Level Finance Associate — Finance & Banking, Los Angeles

Join a national finance practice in Los Angeles as a mid- to senior-level associate focused on leveraged and commercial lending transactions. The role offers significant transactional responsibility across lender and borrower representations, working on broadly syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings and private credit matters.

Day-to-day work includes drafting and negotiating credit agreements, debt commitment letters, security documents and closing deliverables, and managing deal coordination and client communication. Experience representing private equity sponsors and portfolio companies is a plus. Candidates must be admitted to practice in California.

• 3–7 years of transactional finance experience (lender and/or borrower-side)
• Demonstrated experience with syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings and private credit
• Strong drafting skills — credit agreements, security agreements, closing deliverables
• Team-oriented, proactive, able to manage deal workflow and client interaction
• Admission to the California Bar
