Experience in patent and/or trade secret litigation at a law firm or in-house.
Undergraduate degree in a hard science or life science (e.g., engineering, biology, chemistry) or equivalent technical background.
Strong academic record from law school and demonstrable legal writing and research skills.
Excellent oral advocacy and communication skills; comfort with courtroom proceedings and depositions.
Admission to the bar of the state in which the attorney will practice (or eligibility to be admitted).
