Seeking a mid-level litigation associate to join a busy Labor & Employment team in San Francisco. The role focuses on defending employment-adjacent personal-injury and related disputes for employer clients, with significant courtroom and pre-trial work.

The position offers frequent client contact and responsibility for case ownership, including fact investigations, motion practice, depositions, and negotiating with opposing counsel. This is an on-site role based in the San Francisco office.

3–5 years of litigation experience (PQE)
Member in good standing of the California Bar
Strong litigation foundation: motion drafting and briefing, depositions, factual investigation
Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills; writing sample, resume, cover letter, and law school transcript required
Available to work on-site in San Francisco; remote candidates will not be considered
