Top-tier finance team in a major Houston office is hiring a mid-level to senior finance associate. The group handles complex, high-value lending and structured finance matters across energy, projects and corporate practices and offers heavy deal flow and cross-practice collaboration.

Successful candidates will join a collegial team with a strong commitment to associate training, direct client exposure and early business development opportunities.

J.D. and admission (or eligibility) to practice; class of 2022 or earlier (4+ years' relevant experience)
Experience representing commercial banks, private credit lenders, private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers and/or investors on debt and hybrid-investment transactions
Relevant deal experience such as senior-secured, junior-secured and mezzanine lending, acquisition/leveraged financings, reserve-based lending, project financings, securitizations and other structured financings
Private credit, data center financing or alternative capital transaction experience a plus; strong drafting, client-facing and teamwork skills
