A leading law firm seeks a mid-to-senior level associate to join its Communications, Internet, and Media practice in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on communications regulatory matters, with an emphasis on terrestrial wireless, satellite, and space communications.

The practice serves clients across all major communications industry sectors, including wireless, broadband, media, satellite, technology, internet, and digital platform service delivery. The associate will conduct legal research, draft written work, and present oral advocacy before federal agencies, Congress, and state regulators.

This position carries substantial responsibility for managing projects, supervising more junior associates, supporting senior attorneys, and counseling clients on legal, regulatory, policy, and commercial issues. Candidates with an interest in or experience with technology policy are encouraged to apply.

Mid-to-senior level experience in communications regulatory matters
Focused experience with terrestrial wireless, satellite, and space communications
Experience with or willingness to work on tech policy issues
Prior law firm, FCC, or in-house legal counsel experience preferred
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
