We are seeking a mid-senior level associate to join a leading Transportation & Space practice in New York. The role focuses on complex finance transactions involving esoteric assets, including aircraft, railcars, ships, digital infrastructure, and energy-related assets.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in securitization, structured financing, securities, acquisition and leveraged financing, leveraged and operating leasing, and secured lending. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated, cross-border transactions within a dynamic and growing sector.

Candidates should demonstrate strong academic credentials, large firm experience, and a genuine interest in focusing on transactional work in the transportation and space finance area.

Mid-senior level associate with finance experience in securitization, structured financing, securities, acquisition and leveraged financing, leveraged and operating leasing, secured lending, or similar areas.
Strong academic credentials.
Experience at a large law firm.
