Join the Compliance and New Business team of a leading global law firm, playing a key role in safeguarding the firm’s integrity and supporting its strategic growth. Based in Tampa, you will work closely with the Office of the General Counsel and firm leadership to manage conflicts of interest, regulatory compliance, and new client onboarding across a fast-paced, global environment.

This role is ideal for a Florida-barred attorney with a strong background in corporate or finance law, ready to take on complex matters and serve as a trusted advisor to partners and fee earners.

Florida Bar member in good standing (active)
Minimum of three years’ experience as a practicing attorney, ideally in corporate or finance
Prior conflicts or anti-money laundering attorney experience is a plus
Experience at a medium or large law firm preferred; international experience a plus
Strong academic record, excellent communication skills, and sound commercial judgment
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality
Client-service focus and a collaborative team player
Fluency in English
