Our New Orleans and Lafayette, LA offices seek an experienced senior-level litigation attorney (associate or Of Counsel) to join a dynamic, long-established practice representing premier local and national employers. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and passionate lawyer to assume a high-level role in a sophisticated practice, with significant responsibility across all aspects of labor and employment law. The role involves extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel.

Duties include, but are not limited to: performing legal research, drafting legal memoranda, motions, and pleadings, attending court conferences, conducting discovery and investigations, drafting position statements and dispositive motions, attending arbitrations, drafting contracts, and counseling clients on employment-law-related matters.

Senior-level litigation experience (senior associate or Of Counsel) in labor and employment law
