Of Counsel, Employment & Labor Litigation

An established national labor and employment practice seeks an experienced senior-level litigation associate or Of Counsel to join its Louisiana offices. The team represents premier local and national employers across a full spectrum of labor and employment matters, and offers a significant, high-level role within a sophisticated practice.

The position involves handling all aspects of employment litigation and client counseling, with extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel. Duties include legal research and drafting of memoranda, motions, pleadings, and position statements; attending court conferences and arbitrations; conducting discovery and investigations; drafting contracts; and advising business clients on employment-law-related matters.
