Of Counsel — Employment & Labor

Seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join a national labor & employment practice on an Of Counsel basis. The role is open to candidates across the firm's U.S. offices and will focus on defending and counseling employers in a full range of employment-law matters.

Day-to-day responsibilities include legal research and drafting (motions, pleadings, memoranda), managing discovery and investigations, attending court and arbitration proceedings, preparing position statements and dispositive motions, drafting employment-related agreements, and providing direct client counseling. The position involves frequent interaction with clients, government agencies, and opposing counsel.

The team is collaborative and places emphasis on attorney development, offering regular in-person meetings, training, and opportunities for speaking, publishing, and high-visibility work within a specialized employment practice.

• Established experience in labor & employment litigation (senior associate / counsel level or equivalent).
• Proven litigation skills: motion practice, discovery, depositions, and arbitration experience.
• Strong legal research, drafting and analytical abilities; concise, client-focused communication skills.
• Comfortable managing client relationships and interacting with government agencies and opposing counsel.
• Team-oriented, with a commitment to professional development and mentoring junior lawyers.
