Leading law firm is seeking a partner to join its Agriculture practice in the Los Angeles market, with a strong focus on regulatory and compliance matters. The role will advise agribusiness and related clients on regulatory strategy, licensing, and compliance counseling, including work touching the cannabis sector.

This is a senior, client-facing position for a lawyer who can grow and lead a market-facing practice, collaborate across industry teams, and mentor junior lawyers. The firm is open to candidates nationwide and welcomes partners with an established, portable practice aligned to agriculture or adjacent regulated industries.

Established partner track record in agriculture, food & agribusiness, or related regulated industries (including cannabis).
Deep regulatory and compliance experience — licensing, state regulatory regimes, and agency interactions.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships and lead deal/engagement teams.
Admission to practice in California or eligibility to transfer; open to candidates based elsewhere who can relocate or work cross-jurisdictionally.
