Leading national law firm seeking a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in Cincinnati. The role will focus on counseling and defending clients on competition matters, including investigations, merger clearance, and related litigation and regulatory work.

This is an opportunity to join a busy, multidisciplinary team that works across industries and geographies. The firm is looking for a proven partner who can contribute to practice growth and collaborate with existing litigation, regulatory and corporate groups.

Established partner with significant antitrust and competition experience.
Proven track record on investigations, merger clearance, and/or competition litigation.
Ability to develop business and, where applicable, bring portable client relationships.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to practice in Ohio.
