Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition team in Dallas. The role focuses on handling complex merger control matters, competition litigation, and international cartel and compliance work for corporate clients across regulated industries.

The ideal candidate will build and lead client engagements, work closely with a cross‑office antitrust team, and help grow the practice in the region. This is a hands‑on partner role with significant client‑facing responsibility and opportunities to develop junior lawyers.

Established partner with substantial antitrust and competition experience (merger control, cartel defense, or competition litigation)
Proven record of client development and managing high‑value matters; portable practice preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills, including mentoring associates
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and able to work from the Dallas office
