Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Dallas office to strengthen antitrust and competition capabilities alongside litigation and corporate practices. The role will involve advising on complex competition matters and related commercial litigation and transactional work.

Ideal candidates will have an established antitrust practice, demonstrated courtroom or regulatory experience, and the ability to work collaboratively across corporate and litigation teams. The position offers leadership opportunities within a busy, multidisciplinary practice group.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in antitrust and competition matters, with litigation and transactional exposure
