Senior antitrust partner role within a national law firm seeking an experienced practitioner to lead and grow competition work from the Dallas office. The role focuses on merger control, cartel and civil litigation, and counseling on competition-sensitive transactions and investigations.

The team advises corporate clients across regulated industries and works with cross-practice deal and litigation teams. The hire will take a senior client-facing role: leading engagements, mentoring junior lawyers and developing new business opportunities.

Proven partner-level antitrust practice with significant experience in merger control, investigations and competition litigation.
Track record of originating and managing client matters and developing business; portable client relationships welcomed.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills; ability to work collaboratively across practice groups.
Bar admission in Texas (or willingness to obtain) and eligibility to practice in the U.S.
