Established partner with significant antitrust & competition experience (litigation and/or regulatory)
Proven ability to handle merger reviews, investigations, and cartel or civil antitrust matters
Strong business development and client-management skills; openness to building or bringing a portable practice
Bar admission and credentials appropriate for partner-level practice
