Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its antitrust and competition team in Sacramento. The role will split time between antitrust/competition work and related commercial litigation, advising clients on investigations, enforcement, and dispute resolution.

The team handles a mix of transactional and contested matters; the office offers collaboration with corporate and litigation colleagues across the firm. This is an opportunity to build a regional practice with national resourcing and cross-office support.

Established partner with significant antitrust & competition experience, including merger control and enforcement matters
Substantial commercial litigation experience handling antitrust or related disputes
Proven client-development and practice leadership skills; portable client relationships desirable
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to practice in California
