Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established Antitrust & Competition group in Princeton. The role combines client-facing counseling, government investigations, and merger‑control work across industries.

The successful candidate will lead significant matters, manage teams, and contribute to practice development locally and nationally. This is an opportunity to bring and grow a portable practice while working with cross‑office colleagues on complex antitrust issues.

Established partner track record in antitrust and competition law, with substantial experience in counseling, investigations, and merger review.
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable business or demonstrable business-development capability preferred.
Experience leading engagement teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
Active bar admission and ability to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdictions.
