A leading US law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in the Raleigh office. The role will involve advising corporate clients on antitrust strategy, merger review, counseling, and litigation defense across a range of industries.

The successful candidate will join an established team handling complex transactional work and regulatory matters, collaborating with cross-practice colleagues and supporting business development efforts in the region. A portable practice or demonstrable track record of generating client relationships is highly valued.

Established antitrust and competition practice with experience on counseling, merger clearance, and/or litigation matters.
Admitted (or able to become admitted) to practice in North Carolina.
Proven track record of leading matters and working with senior client teams.
Business development skills; a portable practice or demonstrated client origination is preferred.
