Leading US law firm seeks a lateral partner to join and help grow its Antitrust & Competition practice in Richmond. The role focuses on counseling clients on merger reviews, civil antitrust litigation, and competition compliance across industry sectors.

You will lead client matters, supervise and develop a team of associates, and work closely with national practice colleagues. The firm welcomes candidates with a portable practice and proven ability to originate and expand client relationships.

Established partner-level experience in antitrust and competition law (merger control, cartel/monopolization litigation, compliance counseling)
Track record of client origination and business development; portable practice preferred
Strong litigation and/or transactional experience responding to regulator reviews and investigations
Demonstrated team leadership and experience supervising associates
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
