Partner — Antitrust & Competition, Sioux Falls

Experienced antitrust partner sought to lead and grow a Midwest-based antitrust and competition practice from a well-resourced platform. The role involves advising on merger clearance, cartel and conduct matters, and competition-focused regulatory counseling across transactional and contentious matters.

The position offers client-facing work, responsibility for driving business development, and leadership of a small team. The group works with in‑house and external counsel on complex, cross-border matters and provides strategic regulatory advice to clients in multiple sectors.

• Established partner with a strong antitrust & competition practice and significant transactional and/or litigation experience.
• Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and able to practice in Sioux Falls (or willing to relocate).
• Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; demonstrable portable client relationships desirable.
• Track record of mentoring and leading junior lawyers and contributing to business development initiatives.
