Established national firm is building its Morristown office and is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow an integrated restructuring and corporate practice. The role balances courtroom-focused insolvency work with transactional and advisory matters for distressed and corporate clients.

The partner will join a cross-practice team, take on client-facing responsibility, and help expand local market presence. A portable practice or demonstrable origination capability is expected as part of a leadership hire for this growing office.

Experienced partner with a primary focus on restructuring/insolvency and complementary corporate experience
Proven client origination and relationship-management skills; portable book of business preferred
Track record of leading matters and mentoring junior lawyers
Admission in New Jersey or willingness to become admitted; strong commercial acumen and courtroom experience a plus
