Partner, Corporate (M&A) — Morristown

Seeking a partner to lead and grow a corporate/M&A practice in a recently opened Morristown office of a national firm. The role focuses on lead transactional work, corporate governance, and advising private and middle‑market clients.

The hire will build and manage a transactional team, originate and execute M&A and corporate deals, and work closely with regional and national colleagues on cross‑office matters. A portable practice is welcome and will be supported.

• Established partner-level corporate/M&A experience with a strong track record of leading transactions.
• Proven client origination and relationship management skills; portable practice welcome.
• Experience advising on corporate governance and complex transactional matters.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to work collaboratively across offices.
