Senior transactional and restructuring partner role in Fort Lauderdale focused on bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights work. The team advises on distressed debt, creditor-side litigation, and complex financing matters for a broad range of borrowers, lenders and creditor constituencies.

The role will combine client-facing matter leadership with business development and team mentoring. The firm is seeking an experienced partner who can originate and grow work in the region and collaborate across transactional and restructuring practices.

Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, distressed debt and creditors' rights.
Proven track record of leading complex restructurings, creditor litigation or distressed financings.
Demonstrable client relationships or a portable practice and ability to develop new business.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills; admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
