Senior partner-level opportunity in Geneva for an experienced restructuring and finance lawyer. You will join a highly regarded law firm team advising on cross-border insolvency, restructurings and corporate finance matters acting for creditors, debtors and financiers.

The role involves leading mandates, developing business, and mentoring junior lawyers. The team works on complex creditor/debtor restructurings and related financing transactions with significant international elements.

Proven partner-level track record in restructuring/insolvency and finance matters.
Experience leading complex cross-border restructurings and creditor/financier-side mandates.
Established client relationships and a demonstrable portable practice or business development pipeline preferred.
Ability to manage and mentor a small team and to originate new work.
