Partner, Bankruptcy & Finance — Manchester

Senior partner role to lead and grow an established bankruptcy/restructuring and finance practice from the Manchester office. The role will combine high-value advisory work on corporate restructuring and distressed finance with ongoing client development and relationship management.

You'll lead deal teams and cross-practice work, mentor senior associates and partners, and shape the strategic direction of the practice. The role is suited to a commercially focused partner with a strong track record in UK restructuring and finance transactions.

• Portable book of business of £300k$-£500k
• Proven partner-level experience in restructuring, insolvency and distressed finance
• Track record of business development and managing senior litigation/transaction teams
• Admitted to practice in England & Wales (or equivalent UK qualification)
