Partner — Bankruptcy & Finance, Portland

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a creditor- and distressed-debt focused practice in the firm's Portland office. The role combines courtroom experience in bankruptcy and restructuring with transactional work on creditor workouts and distressed financings.

You will advise lenders, creditor committees and other stakeholders on complex insolvency, restructuring and distressed-debt matters, lead teams on contested and negotiated matters, and drive business development in the Pacific Northwest.
