Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to lead and expand its Real Estate and Construction practice in Portland. The role focuses on transactional work across leasing, industrial/logistics and resort development, with significant projects in healthcare and renewable energy sectors.

You will handle complex real estate and construction matters, working closely with finance, energy and healthcare teams on cross-disciplinary transactions. The firm welcomes a portable practice but does not require an existing book of business; strong origination and client relationship skills are valued.

Seasoned real estate/construction partner with substantial transactional experience
Track record on leasing, industrial/logistics, development, or healthcare-related real estate matters
Experience with renewable energy or project finance transactions a plus
Strong client development and cross-practice collaboration skills; portable practice welcomed but not required
