Partner — Bankruptcy & Restructuring, London

Leading international firm seeks a partner to join its London Bankruptcy & Restructuring team. The role focuses on bankruptcy litigation, insolvency and restructuring matters with complementary transactional work; the team is prioritising growth in this practice area.

The successful candidate will lead complex cross-border restructurings and contentious insolvency cases, work closely with domestic and international colleagues, and contribute to business development efforts across the practice.

• Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and contentious insolvency work.
• Proven track record of leading complex litigation and restructuring matters, including cross-border experience.
• Demonstrable ability to generate and develop client relationships and to bring a portable practice.
• Strong commercial judgment, excellent drafting and advocacy skills, and ability to work collaboratively across offices.
