Partner — Bankruptcy & Restructuring, New York

Leading US law firm is building out its New York bankruptcy and restructuring bench and seeks a partner to join a growing practice. The role focuses on bankruptcy litigation, insolvency matters and out-of-court restructuring work, with some transactional elements.

The team represents a mix of creditors, debtors and other insolvency stakeholders in complex contested and advisory matters. This is a growth-focused hire: the firm is seeking an experienced partner who can expand the practice and contribute to business development.

• Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring matters
• Strong background in bankruptcy litigation and related transactional work
• Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable book of business preferred
• Admissions and standing to practice in New York (or ability to obtain)
• Track record of leading deals and managing teams on complex matters
