Partner, Capital Markets (Mining) — Toronto

Senior partner opportunity with a major national/international law practice seeking to grow its capital markets mining team in Toronto. The role is focused on public and private capital markets work for mining-sector clients and includes leadership of a senior practice group.

Successful candidates will typically join as an Income Partner with a structured path to Equity partner if the practice meets growth targets. The team is open to experienced senior hires, including candidates planning a final career move, and there is interest in those with Quebec-facing practices or Francophone client relationships.

• Proven capital markets experience with a material mining practice
• Track record of leading and growing a partner-level team
