The role combines regulatory counseling, environmental permitting and litigation-averse compliance work, with an emphasis on California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) matters where relevant.
The partner will advise corporate and public-sector clients on environmental regulatory risk, compliance programs, and transactional/environmental due diligence, and will help develop and mentor a regional team.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established partner-level practice in environmental regulatory and compliance matters, with experience on CEQA-related matters preferred
- Proven business development and client-management record
- Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction(s) and ability to practice in New Jersey
