Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Dallas team to lead and grow regulatory and compliance work focused on healthcare and media/advertising matters. The role will handle FDA-related issues, advertising claims and broader regulatory counseling for corporate and commercial clients.

The partner will work with cross-practice teams, supervise associates, and help develop business in the region. This is a visible role for an experienced regulatory practitioner who wants a platform to expand an existing practice in a collaborative firm environment.

Proven partner-level regulatory/compliance experience, with significant healthcare and/or advertising/FDA matters.
Track record managing engagements and supervising associates.
Demonstrated business development capability; portable client relationships welcome.
Active bar admission and ability to work in the Dallas market.
