Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Compliance & Regulatory practice in Minneapolis with a focus on healthcare and media/advertising matters. The role will handle regulatory counseling, FDA-related issues, and advertising compliance across client-facing matters.

The team advises clients on regulatory strategy, responding to enforcement and compliance inquiries, and cross-practice matters that touch on healthcare and content/advertising regulation. The role offers responsibility for originating work and developing client relationships within the region.

Established partner-level experience in regulatory and compliance matters, ideally including FDA and healthcare regulatory work.
Proven experience advising on advertising/media regulatory issues.
Track record of originating and developing client relationships; portable book of business welcome.
Active bar admission and ability to work in the Minneapolis market.
