Partner — Compliance & Regulatory (Healthcare) — Washington, D.C.

Senior partner hire for a national practice focusing on regulatory compliance across healthcare and media/advertising matters. The role will lead client counseling, regulatory strategy and FDA-related work, and help grow an existing team in Washington, D.C.

Ideal candidate will be a visible market-facing lawyer with demonstrable experience counseling healthcare and consumer-facing companies on advertising and regulatory risk, and with the ability to originate opportunities and mentor more junior lawyers.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant experience advising on healthcare regulatory and FDA matters, and on advertising/consumer protection issues
• Proven track record of client origination and business development
• Bar admission in DC or ability to obtain admission
