Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a life‑sciences focused compliance and regulatory practice in the firm's Brussels office. The role involves advising pharmaceutical, biotech and medical‑device clients on EU and Belgian regulatory frameworks, product lifecycle compliance, market access and enforcement matters.

You will head a small team, handle complex cross‑border matters across Europe, and work closely with international colleagues across related practice areas. The role includes business development responsibilities and the opportunity to bring a portable life‑sciences client base.

Established partner‑level background in life sciences regulatory and compliance work (EU/Belgium).
Proven track record of senior client relationship management and business development; ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
Experience leading teams on cross‑border regulatory matters and coordinating with international desks.
Fluent English; proficiency in other European languages (e.g. French/Dutch) advantageous.
