Senior lawyer opportunity to lead and grow a cross-practice compliance and regulatory offering out of the Minneapolis market. The role focuses on counseling clients on regulatory compliance, privacy and cybersecurity, international trade, and sector-specific regulatory issues in energy, environment, healthcare and technology.

The firm is looking for a partner with a portable practice or strong client relationships who can drive business development, supervise and mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with national and international teams on complex regulatory matters.

Established partner with significant experience in regulatory and compliance matters.
Track record advising on privacy/data protection and cybersecurity, and on international trade or cross-border regulatory issues.
Experience counseling clients in one or more of energy, environmental, healthcare or technology sectors.
Demonstrated business development ability and experience leading teams; active bar admission required.
