National law firm seeking a lateral partner to lead and further develop its Compliance & Regulatory practice in the Providence office. The role focuses on advising corporate clients on regulatory compliance, responding to regulatory inquiries, and counseling on policy and governance matters.

The successful candidate will build and manage a small team, work closely with cross‑practice groups on client matters, and play a visible role in business development and client relationship growth. A portable practice or demonstrable business development record is preferred.

Established partner-level experience in regulatory and compliance matters.
Proven record of client development and the ability to originate or bring in work.
Comfort managing and mentoring junior lawyers and working collaboratively with other practice groups.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission.
