Seeking a partner to lead and grow a compliance and regulatory practice from the Salt Lake City office of a leading international law firm. The role focuses on regulatory counseling and cross-border matters across energy, environmental, healthcare and related sectors, with significant work involving privacy/cybersecurity and international trade issues.

The partner will advise corporate clients and regulators, manage complex regulatory risk matters, and coordinate multi-jurisdictional teams. This is a client-facing role with responsibility for business development and practice leadership within the region.

Proven partner-level experience advising on regulatory, compliance, or trade matters in energy, environmental, healthcare or related sectors.
Depth in privacy/cybersecurity and international trade issues preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships.
Track record of business development; portable client relationships or the ability to generate new business welcomed.
Active bar admission and eligibility to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
