Senior partner opportunity for an experienced construction and real estate litigator to join a busy Austin office of a national law firm. The role combines courtroom and transactional dispute work across construction, development, and commercial property matters.

Ideal candidates will lead matters, develop client relationships, supervise teams, and contribute to practice growth in Texas. This is a visible role for rainmakers who want to expand an established practice in a collaborative, cross-practice platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in construction and real estate litigation
• Proven client development and relationship-management skills
• Experience supervising associates and managing complex matters from intake through trial
• Active bar admission in Texas (or ability to obtain)
