Leading regional office seeks a lateral partner to join its construction and real estate litigation team in Cincinnati. The role focuses on representing owners, developers, contractors and related stakeholders in complex construction and commercial disputes.

Ideal candidates will bring a portable litigation practice and experience handling trial and arbitration matters, with a track record of managing client relationships and originating work. The team offers collaborative resources across litigation and transactional practices.

Established practice in construction and/or real estate litigation; experience with commercial disputes, contract disputes, and/or construction claims
Proven ability to originate and manage client business; portable book of business preferred
Strong trial or arbitration experience and legal writing/advocacy skills
Licensed or able to obtain admission in the relevant state (Ohio)
