Established national law firm seeks a partner to lead and grow its construction and real estate litigation practice in the Miami office. The role focuses on handling complex commercial construction disputes, real estate litigation, and related arbitration and trial work.

The successful candidate will take a lead client-facing role, manage and mentor litigation teams, and work across a broader national platform to service regional and national clients. There is an expectation of active business development and expanding the practice locally.

Proven partner-level experience in construction and real estate litigation, including arbitration and trial exposure.
Track record handling complex commercial disputes (construction defects, contractor claims, owner/construction manager disputes, lien and payment bond matters).
Established client relationships and demonstrated business development capability; a portable practice or book of business is welcomed.
Strong leadership and team-management skills; ability to supervise associates and coordinate cross-office matters.
Bar admission and eligibility to practice in Florida.
