Partner, Construction & Real Estate Litigation — Sacramento

Senior partner-level opening for an experienced trial and disputes lawyer to lead and grow a construction and real estate litigation practice in the firm’s Sacramento office. The role combines courtroom work, client counseling on construction disputes, and oversight of related real estate matters.

The incoming partner will take ownership of matter strategy, supervise associates, and work closely with cross-practice teams on complex commercial and construction-related litigation. This is a visible role with responsibility for business development and client relationship management.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in construction litigation and commercial real estate disputes
• Significant trial and motion experience; ability to lead complex matters
• Proven business development skills and client relationship management
• Bar admission in California (or ability to obtain) and authorization to practice in relevant courts
