Seeking a partner to lead and grow a construction and real estate litigation practice in the Tulsa office of a national law firm. The role combines courtroom and dispute-resolution work with client-facing business development across commercial construction and property matters.

The successful candidate will join an established litigation team, handling complex construction disputes, contract claims, and related real estate litigation. The position involves supervising associates, managing matters end-to-end, and developing regional client relationships.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Significant experience in construction and real estate litigation at partner level
Proven track record of business development and client management
Ability to supervise and mentor junior lawyers and manage complex matters
