Established regional office seeks a lateral partner to lead and expand a construction and real estate litigation practice in Tulsa. The role focuses on representing owners, developers, contractors and insurers on complex construction disputes and related commercial real estate matters.

The partner will take responsibility for client relationships, case strategy and trial or arbitration work, and will mentor and manage associates. A portable practice and demonstrated ability to generate work are welcome.

Partner-level experience in construction litigation and related commercial real estate disputes.
Proven track record of leading matters through motion practice, arbitration and/or trial.
Business development capability and experience managing client relationships; portable practice considered.
Strong leadership and team-management skills; ability to mentor junior lawyers.
